Job summary
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Director of Premium Sales & Service to grow and retain full season, membership, group, and hospitality members across assigned venues. You will manage service, support, and revenue goals for multiple amphitheaters, ballrooms and clubs within your region.
You will renew memberships annually, design proposals, and develop new business through referrals, prospecting and upselling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in sports/entertainment management, business or related field is required.
- Three to five years direct B2B sales experience in premium seat/ticketing/membership sales.
- Proven track record in relationship building and networking with all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Establish, nurture and renew full season memberships via calls, emails, seat visits and events.
- Design, present and execute annual proposals to premium clients and referrals.
- Develop new business by referrals, prospecting, and upselling current accounts.
- Meet activity, appointment and revenue goals while exceeding member expectations.
- Represent the venue sales in the community and partner with local organizations.
