Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Premium Operations Supervisor for Leader Bank Pavilion. The role reports to the venue General Manager and supports the Premium Seat Services experience across the club, premium seat inventory, and parking.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, team leadership, and coordinating with the PSS and operations teams to ensure seamless event operations and guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring and training non-Food & Beverage premium staff (Hosts, Greeters, Ticket Takers, Security).
• Ability to communicate with leadership and solve problems in real time.
• Strong organization and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train premium staff for Premium Club and Premium Seat locations.
• Maintain integrity of the Premium Seat Services program and communication channels.
• Lead and manage 10+ team members to deliver premium hospitality.
• Liaise between PSS and operations teams.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and assignments for premium areas.
• Monitor premium locations and manage show-day operations.
