Job summary

SWBC is seeking a talented professional to meet with high-net-worth clients, review their personal insurance accounts, and provide prompt, accurate service. The role involves maintaining accounts by ongoing communication with clients and collaborating with producers to grow VIP client business.

This position emphasizes evaluating, classifying, and quoting policies in coordination with multiple carriers, while delivering superior client experiences and maintaining comprehensive files.

Qualifications

VIP client personal lines experience preferred.
Licensed in General Insurance and professional designations (CISR, CIC).
Strong knowledge of insurance forms, coverage, and rating.

Responsibilities

Provide information, rates, and quotes for VIP personal lines policies.
Review renewal requests and endorsements for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
Maintain complete, accurate files on every customer account and process data.
Assist and train other Customer Service Representatives as requested.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on rating systems, forms, and coverage changes.
