Job summary

SWBC is seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines Account Executive in San Antonio to meet with VIP clients, review accounts, and provide prompt, courteous service. You will collaborate with producers to expand VIP client business and quote policies in line with underwriting guidelines.

Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma, valid General Insurance license with CISR/CIC designations, and 2+ years of VIP personal lines experience, with strong communication and PC skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General Insurance license and professional designations (CISR, CIC) preferred.
• Minimum two years of VIP personal lines experience.
• Knowledge of insurance forms, coverage, and rating.
• Strong PC skills and MS Word/Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, rates, and quotes for VIP Personal lines policies.
• Review renewals and endorsements for accuracy and underwriting adherence.
• Maintain complete, accurate files and process data in the system.
• Assist and train other Customer Service Representatives as requested.
• Stay up-to-date on rating systems and coverage changes.

Maintain those accounts by constantly reviewing and communicating with those clients.
