BroadStreet Partners, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager / Private Client Advisor to provide proactive, high-level service to Producers and clients.

You will manage day-to-day client service activities, from new business to renewals, policy changes, and documentation, while identifying coverage needs and supporting retention. Working closely with Producers, you will review information for accuracy, prepare submissions, and market submissions to carriers.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of personal lines products, coverages, markets, and servicing practices.
• Minimum of two years of insurance industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing, rating, underwriting, and carrier procedures.
• Experience with Middle Market, High Net Worth, Private Client, and Farm/Ranch markets preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate new business and renewal activities from submission to completion, including authorizing coverage and policy changes.
• Provide prompt, professional service via calls, emails, and requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Producers to acquire, retain, develop, and service personal lines accounts.
• Review client and underwriting information for completeness and accuracy, obtaining missing information as needed.
• Prepare accurate insurance submissions and supporting documentation.
• Market and rate new and renewal submissions with carriers.
• Develop coverage and proposal summaries for Producers, identifying gaps and recommendations.
• Manage marketing and renewal processes per agency procedures and workflows.
• Bind coverage when authorized and document binders, policies, endorsements, certificates, and related docs.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records in agency systems.
• Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, Producers, and staff to resolve issues and complete requests.
• Support Producers in maintaining client relationships and achieving retention goals.
• Coordinate premium payments with Producers and clients when coverage is bound or billed.
