Job summary

Menska Ltd in the Gulf region is seeking an experienced VIP & Passenger Charter Broker to join its growing commercial team. This hands-on role covers the full charter cycle, from enquiry and aircraft sourcing to negotiation, booking and trip completion.

You will develop VIP and private charter clients, source suitable aircraft, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and maintain high-touch relationships across the operator market while supporting live trips and last-minute requests. Negotiable DOE.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience within private jet brokerage.
• Strong aircraft and operator market knowledge.
• Commercially confident with pricing and margin.
• Proven track record developing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Proactive, commercially driven approach.

Responsibilities

The role:

We’re looking for an experienced VIP & Passenger Charter Brokerwith 3–5 years’ private jet brokerage experienceto join a growing commercial team.

This is a hands-on role combining client development with full-cycle charter broking, from initial enquiry and aircraft sourcing through to negotiation, booking and trip completion.

Source suitable aircraft and operator solutions.

Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
