Menska Ltd in the Gulf region is seeking an experienced VIP & Passenger Charter Broker to join its growing commercial team. This hands-on role covers the full charter cycle, from enquiry and aircraft sourcing to negotiation, booking and trip completion.

You will develop VIP and private charter clients, source suitable aircraft, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and maintain high-touch relationships across the operator market while supporting live trips and last-minute requests. Negotiable DOE.

Formación

• 3–5 years’ experience within private jet brokerage.
• Strong aircraft and operator market knowledge.
• Commercially confident with pricing and margin.
• Proven track record developing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Proactive, commercially driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new VIP and private charter clients.
• Manage charter enquiries from initial request through to completion.
• Source suitable aircraft and operator solutions.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Build strong relationships across the operator market.
• Manage client relationships and provide a high-touch service throughout.
• Support live trips, changes and last-minute requirements.
• Work towards agreed revenue, margin and conversion targets.
