Job summary

AVI-SPL is a digital enablement solutions provider delivering collaboration technology and managed services at customer sites in Indianapolis. The Onsite Support and Maintenance Technician will work on client sites to install, troubleshoot, and maintain AV systems and digital signage, ensuring a world-class service experience.

You will support events, train end users, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• CTS certification is required or preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic Windows operating system knowledge.
• Knowledge of signal flow for audio, video and control systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Resolve AV issues across systems (Q-sys, Crestron, Teams rooms, Windows 11, etc.).
• Provide AV support for VIP events.
• Set up and breakdown conference spaces per client needs.
• Train end users in AV system operation.
• Maintain tickets and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
