Qualifications

• AVIXA CTS Certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic Windows knowledge.
• Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video and control.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be flexible to work minimal after hours and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues related to Q-sys, Crestron, Logitech Teams rooms, Windows 11, BrightSign, AppSpace, Biamp, Shure and other AV and Digital Signage technologies.
• Provide AV tech support of planned VIP events.
• Meet, greet, provide direct assistance and training to end users in the operation of AV systems.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to customers actively participating in meetings.
• Setup/breakdown of conference spaces to meet the customers event needs.
• Coordinate RMA process and parts procurement as needed.
