Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Maintenance and Support Technician to work at a customer location in Indianapolis. You will collaborate with the Customer, Management team, Global Helpdesk, and installation teams to deliver a world-class customer service experience while maintaining AV systems.

Responsibilities include resolving AV issues, supporting VIP events, training end users, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication with customers and colleagues.
• Basic Windows knowledge.
• Knowledge of audio, video and control signal flow.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues related to AV and digital signage technologies.
• Provide AV tech support for planned VIP events.
• Meet and train end users in AV system operation.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting for meeting participants.
• Set up/break down conference spaces to meet event needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Update on technology outages and maintenance.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on AV systems.
