Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc in the United States is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to deliver VIP desktop and mobile hardware support. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals, while ensuring data security and compliance for all users.

The role requires strong English communication, on-site travel to nearby customer locations, on-call coverage for critical issues, and coordination with offshore teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• VIP support experience with strong soft skills for users.
• Install, configure & troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Adhere to information & data security/compliance.
• Perform onsite updates and security patches.
• Meet PC refresh targets and OS builds for new joiners.
• Meet 100% SLA for Incidents and Service Requests.
• Manage, maintain and protect customers’ physical IT assets.
• Onsite technical support for events such as conferences.
• Provide onsite support for Teams meeting rooms.
• Excellent Windows and hardware troubleshooting.
• Dell hardware knowledge; basic server/network hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong English listening and communication skills.
• Travel to nearby customer locations as needed.
• Coordinate with offshore and third-party vendors for break-fix.
• On-call support during weekends/after hours.
• Participate in weekly/monthly customer meetings with activity reports.
• Experience in PPE with brewery production environments.

Responsibilities
