Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Deployed Support Specialist to support a DoD network environment in Quantico, VA on-site. You will provide VIP technical support and serve as the primary on-site resource for hardware and software deployment across the enterprise.

Qualifications include 3+ years of desktop/deployment support, hardware deployment and imaging experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and an active Secret clearance plus IAT II certification (Security+ or CySA+).

• 3+ years of desktop/deployment support or help desk experience.
• Experience with hardware deployment, system imaging, and end-user device support.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Active IAT II Certification (Security+ or CySA+).

Responsibilities

• Provide VIP technical support for end users across an enterprise network.
• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Serve as the primary on-site resource for technology deployment initiatives and end-user support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Coordinate with enterprise IT teams to ensure successful rollout of hardware and software solutions.
