Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Deployed Support Specialist to support a DoD network environment in Quantico, VA on-site. You will provide VIP technical support and serve as the primary on-site resource for hardware and software deployment across the enterprise.

Qualifications include 3+ years of desktop/deployment support, hardware deployment and imaging experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and an active Secret clearance plus IAT II certification (Security+ or CySA+).

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Deployed Support Specialist to support a company focused on enterprise IT operations and end-user technology services within a large-scale Department of Defense network environment. This position is on-site in Quantico, VA. The Deployed Support Specialist will provide VIP technical support and serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software deployment activities across the enterprise network. Join a mission-critical team responsible for ensuring deployed personnel have reliable technology support wherever operations require.

Responsibilities for the Deployed Support Specialist include:

• Provide white-glove/VIP technical support for end users across an enterprise network environment
• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• Serve as the primary on-site resource for technology deployment initiatives and end-user support
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity
• Coordinate with enterprise IT teams to ensure successful rollout of hardware and software solutions

Required Qualifications for the Deployed Support Specialist include:

• 3+ years of experience providing desktop support, deployment support, or help desk services
• Experience with hardware deployment, software installation, system imaging, and end-user device support
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Active Secret Clearance
• Active IAT II Certification (Securit+ or CySa+)

Compensation for the Deployed Support Specialist includes:

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
