Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Deployed Support Specialist to support a DoD network environment. This on-site role at Quantico, VA provides VIP technical support and serves as the primary on-site resource for hardware and software deployment across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include deploying and configuring devices, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with IT teams to ensure successful rollouts.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience providing desktop support, deployment support, or help desk services.
Experience with hardware deployment, software installation, system imaging, and end-user device support.
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Active Secret Clearance.
Active IAT II Certification (Securit+ or CySa+)

Responsibilities

Provide white-glove/VIP technical support for end users across an enterprise network environment.
Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Serve as the primary on-site resource for technology deployment initiatives and end-user support.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
Coordinate with enterprise IT teams to ensure successful rollout of hardware and software solutions
