Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience providing network or systems support in deployed or operational environments.
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies including routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DNS, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to operate effectively in high-tempo, mission-critical settings.
• IAT II certification and willingness to get CCNA.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Providing network engineering and technical guidance during deployment planning and execution phases.
• Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DNS, Active Directory, and Exchange environments.
• Delivering direct computer and network support to deployed units, including rapid resolution of operational issues.
• Supporting IA training initiatives and assisting with the D-30 deployment process.
• Coordinating logistics for deployment hardware and software, including transportation, import permits, foreign clearances, and post-deployment documentation.
