Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Deployed Support Specialist to support enterprise IT operations and end-user technology services within a large-scale DoD network environment. This on-site role is based in Quantico, VA, and focuses on providing VIP technical support and serving as the prime on-site resource for hardware and software deployment across the enterprise network.

The role requires 3+ years of desktop/support experience, hands-on hardware deployment, system imaging, software

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in desktop/support or help desk roles.
Experience with hardware deployment, software installation, system imaging, and end-user device support.
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Active Secret Clearance.
Active IAT II Certification (SecurIT+ or CySa+).

Responsibilities

Provide white-glove/VIP technical support for end users across an enterprise network.
Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Serve as the primary on-site resource for technology deployment initiatives and end-user support.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
Coordinate with enterprise IT teams to ensure successful rollout of hardware and software solutions.
