Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Deployed Support Specialist to support a DoD network environment. This on-site role at Quantico, VA provides VIP technical support and serves as the primary on-site resource for hardware and software deployment across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include deploying and configuring devices, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with IT teams to ensure successful rollouts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing desktop support, deployment support, or help desk services.
• Experience with hardware deployment, software installation, system imaging, and end-user device support.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Active IAT II Certification (Securit+ or CySa+)

This position is on-site in Quantico, VA. The Deployed Support Specialist will provide VIP technical support and serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software deployment activities across the enterprise network. Compensation for the Deployed Support Specialist includes:

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
