Leidos is seeking a Sr-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site in Portsmouth, VA. The role entails direct desk-side IT support for the Navy environment, troubleshooting hardware and software, and ensuring timely ticket resolution within SLAs.

You will work with VIP and executive-level customers, assist junior technicians, and support MFD/printers, VoIP, and VTC issues in a challenging government setting.

Qualifikationen

• US Citizen
• DoD Secret Clearance
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Windows 10 experience
• Experience with Service/Help Desk ticket systems (Remedy/HP Service Manager)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and resolve user computer issues including hardware and software concerns
• Provide desk-side IT support to government customers
• Manage and prioritize tickets according to SLAs
• Assist other teams to resolve local and network-connected printers/MFDs
• Support VoIP and VTC issues and VIP/executive users
• Escalate complex issues as needed and mentor junior technicians
