Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Loyalty Program Representative to greet guests, manage player identification, and coordinate hospitality arrangements including rooms, meals, and special requests.

You will support promotions, manage guest interactions, and assist with loyalty program activities on shift. The role requires 1 year of hosting or related guest-facing experience, strong English communication, and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.

Qualifications

• 1 year hosting or equivalent guest-facing experience preferred.
• Strong math and cash-handling abilities for quick transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests actively engaged in gaming and assist with player identification.
• Coordinate hospitality arrangements, including rooms, food, and beverages.
• Promote and explain casino promotions to drive guest participation.
• Encourage responsible use of credit when appropriate and maintain accuracy in records.
• Utilize Sales Force to track guest contacts, preferences, and tasks; report metrics to management.
