Job summary

Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast in Bay St. Louis, MS, is seeking a Guest Host/Player Development professional to foster guest satisfaction, build loyal players, and drive revenues through rewards enrollment.

You will engage guests on the casino floor, manage relationships, and coordinate with service departments to meet guest needs. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of customer service, hosting experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with Salesforce CMS and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of customer service experience and/or training.
• Minimum 1 year hosting experience with customer following preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce CMS experience preferred.
• ServSafe Alcohol training certification and Gaming Permit required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest opportunities, conflicts, and complaints fairly and equitably.
• Develop relationships with players to grow customer base and revenues.
• Attract and manage customers via telemarketing and on-floor contact.
• Promote player rewards enrollment and loyalty programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Provide professional representation at internal and external events.
