Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Understanding of property and department policies and procedures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Knowledge of player-tracking systems and theory of player value.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to department team members and organize/work assignments.
• Prioritize workload to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Enforce department and company rules and train staff as needed.
• Support Casino Host team to enhance guest satisfaction and service.
• Greet guests, explain amenities, and assist with reservations as required.
• Participate in marketing promotions and staff training; adaptable to evenings, weekends, holidays.
