Job summary

Fairmont Dallas, part of Accor’s luxury portfolio, seeks a dedicated Concierge/Front Office professional to deliver exceptional guest service at the Fairmont Gold level. You will anticipate guest needs, manage check-in/check-out, and provide authoritative information on local attractions and services.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of Concierge or Front Office experience in luxury hospitality, and are fluent in English.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• A minimum of two years’ Concierge or Front Office experience, preferably in luxury hotel environment.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional guest service in daily operations of the Fairmont Gold Department.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and guest requests.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Provide Concierge information on local attractions, dining, and events.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, and promotions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints to ensure loyalty.
