Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles is seeking a Fairmont Gold Specialist. You will welcome guests at the private entrance, manage personalized check-ins, and coordinate concierge services to craft memorable stays.

The role requires luxury hotel front desk experience, strong English, and a flexible schedule. Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager, you will collaborate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Royal Service to ensure flawless guest experiences and loyalty enrollment in ALL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front office experience.
• Polished, professional presence with excellent English.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is an asset.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Contact guests and personal assistants as soon as a reservation is made.
• Use Opera to assign rooms and record traces, alerts and guest preferences.
• Oversee final housekeeping inspection and coordinate with In-Room Dining.
• Provide full concierge and butler services on request.
• Welcome guests at the private entrance and provide personalized check-in.
