Job summary
Ministry Brands is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver high-touch, white-glove IT support for executive staff at the Alpharetta office and to own the hardware lifecycle from procurement to disposition. The role requires strong customer service, technical fundamentals, and discretion in supporting leadership across the organization.
The position offers hybrid work with at least 4 days in the Alpharetta office and up to 1 day remote weekly, and requires 1–3 years of IT support experience
Qualifications
- Proactive IT support for end users across Windows and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite and collaboration tools.
- Experience with hardware lifecycle, inventory, imaging and disposal processes.
- Basic networking concepts and VPN/troubleshooting.
- Experience using IT service management and ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote IT support for executive staff and VIP users.
- Support executive meetings and A/V setups; assist with conferencing tools.
- Manage hardware lifecycle: procurement, imaging, deployment, inventory, disposition.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning; follow IT processes.
