National Christian Foundation in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a Technical Support Specialist, Tier 1 to be the first point of contact for technology inquiries across the organization. You will own incidents from triage to resolution, deliver friendly, patient support, and contribute to a knowledge base to empower staff.

This hybrid role requires 3+ years in IT service desk, strong Windows/macOS support, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years IT Service Desk or End User Support experience.
• Experience providing technical support to Windows and macOS end users in a hybrid or remote work environment.
• Familiarity with nonprofit or donor-focused organizations is helpful.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily IT operations (KTLO).
• Triage and manage incoming support tickets per SLA, ensuring documentation and timely resolution or escalation.
• Provide professional, patient, customer-focused support to staff and improve the user experience.
• Onboard and offboard employees, including account provisioning and license management.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
