Job summary

National Christian Foundation (NCF) is seeking an IT Support Specialist, Tier I – Shared Services, in Alpharetta, GA. The role focuses on first-line IT support across the organization with a customer-service mindset and proactive problem solving.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT service desk, a BA/BS degree or equivalent, and hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 in a hybrid work setting. This is a hybrid position based in Alpharetta with daytime to evening hours.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may be ok
• A minimum of three years’ IT Service Desk or End User Support experience in a corporate or enterprise environment is required
• Proven experience providing technical support to Windows and macOS end users in a hybrid or remote work environment required

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily IT operations and services.
• Receives, triages, and manages incoming support tickets with escalation as needed.
• Delivers professional, patient support and improves customer satisfaction metrics.
• Performs onboarding and offboarding of employees including device provisioning and access management.
• Creates and maintains knowledge base articles and self-service resources.
