Job summary

Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a Mid-Level Client Systems Support Specialist to support the team at Vandenberg SFB. The role delivers front-line help desk, endpoint support, and executive IT services across DoD networks, ensuring secure access to classified and unclassified systems.

Responsibilities include incident handling, Tier I/II troubleshooting, system imaging and patching, CAC/MFA deployment, asset management, and VIP executive support.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience providing Tier II client or desktop support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Must hold DoD 8140 certification or willing to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT service requests.
• Perform Tier I and II troubleshooting for workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Deploy and maintain system images, patches, and baseline configurations.
• Provide on-site and remote support for VTC, Teams, and collaboration systems.
• Support after-hours operations and readiness inspections.
