Job summary

Bowhead is seeking a Mid-Level Client Systems Support Specialist to support our team at Vandenberg SFB, providing frontline IT help desk, endpoint support, and executive services. This role integrates troubleshooting, account management, and secure configuration across classified and unclassified networks.

You will configure CAC/MFA, manage user access, maintain RMF/ACAS compliance, and deliver white-glove support to senior leaders while coordinating VIP event setups and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience providing Tier II client or desktop support.
• Experience with classified systems or executive VIP customers preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and DoD 8140 readiness within six months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT service requests via multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and apps.
• Configure domain, network settings, and access to shared drives and collaboration tools.
• Deploy system images, patches, and baseline configurations for standardization and RMF/ACAS compliance.
• Assist with CAC, Token, and MFA solutions across networks and user accounts.
• Provide on-site and remote support for VTC and collaboration systems.
• Produce user support documentation and keep ticket queues within SLAs.
