Job summary

sbe is seeking a Host Person to greet, seat, and assist guests in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment. You will manage reservations, answer calls, and coordinate to-go orders while maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in contemporary dining, be 18+, and capable of multitasking in a VIP-driven setting. The role demands a polished demeanor and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a contemporary dining restaurant.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with taking reservations is a plus.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet, and seat guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Manage reservations flow to maximize the guest experience.
• Answer phones and handle reservations, to-go orders, and special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of the venue floor plan and seating arrangements.
• Provide polished, hospitality-driven service and effective communication.
