Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Senior VIP Host to market our nightclub, restaurants, lounge and other services while building a personal client list and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role focuses on developing relationships, handling special requests, promoting events, and supporting casino marketing efforts with a professional, courteous approach. You will represent Resorts World Las Vegas in line with our standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of previous experience as a VIP host and/or Promoter in a similar or related field.
• At least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily/nightly guest list for a preferred clientele and follow the host schedule.
• Interact with guests professionally, cultivate regulars, and respond to inquiries.
• Drive business through casino marketing and reservations.
• Execute weekly goals for guest lists, tables, and marketing plans.
• Promote events and participate in casino campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain social platforms and post events per management.
• Assist in promotional plans to increase business.
• Perform model/presenter tasks as required.
