Ripken Baseball is seeking a Summer Baseball Operations Internship in Hospitality to support VIP suites during week-long summer events at The Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge, TN. The paid internship offers college-credit collaboration with your institution.

You will assist Senior Manager, Events and Hospitality Operations with reservations, on-site support, and event logistics, gaining hands-on experience in sports hospitality and customer service while representing the Ripken name.

Responsibilities

• Assist with VIP suite reservations during Week-Long Experiences
• Serve as on-site liaison for VIP suite reservations
• Prepare, maintain, and organize VIP suite supplies
• Perform pre-game, in-game, and post-game duties for VIP suites
• Manage operation of food and beverage cart throughout the week
• Collaborate with coordinators to engrave submitted items
• Create playlists for Walk-Up Song Packages
• Assist with opening/closing procedures of grill and concession stand
• Assist guests with questions regarding activities and dining
• Provide professional customer service and maintain a positive environment
• Uphold Ripken brand values during all duties
