HomePlate Catering and Hospitality, the official hospitality provider for the Somerset Patriots, invites applications for Administrative Operations Intern positions for the 2027 season in Bridgewater, NJ. Qualifications

• Candidates are college students or recent graduates seeking exposure to hospitality operations.
• Experience with handling purchase orders, invoices, or inventories is a plus.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as events require.

Responsabilités

• Update and maintain the Purchase Order Log.
• Process invoices and enter details into inventory records.
• Assist with daily inventory practices on game days.
• Support staff sign-in/assignments and reconciliation of vendors and groups.
• Assist with hiring, training and supervising game day staff.
• Prepare cash reports and inventory sheets as needed.
• Contribute to menu item creation, cost analysis, sales tracking, and new revenue ideas.
