Responsibilities include assisting with programming, learning event standards, coordinating operations, and delivering excellent customer service in a world-class complex.

Qualifications

• College student pursuing sports administration or operations.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Excellent communication and high level of energy.
• Ability to work in Myrtle Beach, SC in person.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of all programming at a world class facility.
• Learn The Ripken Way standards and practices for top tournaments.
• Create a fun atmosphere for participants and act as a positive role model.
• Coordinate operations for Ripken Baseball programming.
• Gain knowledge in management and coaching while supporting facility operations.
• Announce games, run the scoreboard, and relay messages to the Tournament Director.
