Job summary

Ripken Baseball's The Ripken Experience - Pigeon Forge is seeking a Business Operations Internship to support summer weeklong tournament operations in Pigeon Forge, TN. This is a paid internship offering college credit towards graduation.

You will work closely with Tournament Coordinators to prepare rosters, packets, and paperwork, assist with inventory, and collaborate with Food & Beverage, Facilities, and Retail teams to ensure successful events.

Responsibilities

• Assist Tournament Coordinators with team rosters, welcome packets, and tournament paperwork
• Coordinate team gift distribution and support weekly inventory counts
• Support full-time staff to execute week-long tournaments successfully
• Assist Food & Beverage, Facilities, and Retail teams as needed
• Communicate letters and Player of the Game entries after each game
• Collaborate with Hospitality Interns and Team Coordinators to engrave submitted items
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment and apply training with initiative and enthusiasm
