Oak View Group is seeking a personable Host for the Heritage Club at PeoplesBank Arena to welcome guests, manage seating, and coordinate reservations for a premium hospitality space. You will collaborate with servers and management to ensure an outstanding dining experience before, during, and after events.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in host/receptionist or hospitality roles preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, arenas, or convention centers preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive representation of the organization.
• Ability to stay calm, friendly, and organized in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Greet guests, verify reservations, and manage seating assignments.
• Escort guests to tables and explain venue amenities and menus.
• Maintain waitlists and communicate estimated wait times.
• Coordinate seating with servers, bartenders, and staff to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor dining room capacity and ensure smooth guest flow.
• Assist with table resets and maintain a clean host station.
• Answer questions about menus, spaces, and amenities.
• Assist with food and beverage service when needed, including running food.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally or escalate to management.
• Ensure spaces are prepared before guest arrival and events start.
• Maintain cleanliness of menus, podiums, and guest areas.
• Collaborate with FOH team to deliver exceptional hospitality at events.
• Follow all policies, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
