Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Premium Server to deliver elevated guest experiences in our arena premium hospitality areas. You will assist with setup, in-seat and suite service, and guest interaction during events, ensuring flawless execution and high-touch service.

The role requires a polished professional demeanor, 1–2 years of relevant hospitality experience, and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, catering, premium dining, hotel banquet service, or upscale F&B operations preferred.
• Previous experience in sports and entertainment venues, luxury hospitality, or VIP service environments strongly preferred.
• Must have basic math and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to suite holders, VIP guests, and premium hospitality clients during events.
• Prepare suites, lounges, and premium areas before guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, presentation standards, and service readiness.
• Deliver food and beverage orders accurately in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and beverage selections.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or service issues.
• Assist with stocking and breakdown of premium service areas during events.
• Ensure premium spaces stay clean and organized throughout events.
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and responsible beverage service procedures.
• Communicate with kitchen, bartenders, and staff to ensure smooth execution.
