Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Host for McCaw Hall in Seattle to deliver exceptional hospitality in premium spaces. You will warmly welcome guests, manage seating, coordinate reservations, and assist servers and management to ensure a superior dining experience before, during, and after events.

The role supports sports, concerts, conventions, and private functions in a fast-paced environment. This part-time position is tip eligible and pays $25.00 per hour, with benefits such as 401(k)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Previous experience in a Host or customer-facing hospitality role preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, arenas, or convention centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage seating for premium spaces.
• Greet guests, verify reservations, and assign seating efficiently.
• Escort guests to tables and provide information on menus and venue.
• Maintain waitlists and communicate estimated wait times courteously.
• Coordinate seating with servers and culinary staff to maximize efficiency.
• Support food and beverage service when needed and handle guest questions.
• Ensure venues and guest areas remain clean and prepared for events.
