Job summary

Oak View Group seeks an Event Staff member to provide welcoming, information, and guest services at events across our venues. You will greet patrons, assist with seating, and support safety and operations teams.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk and be attentive for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons and provide information about events and facilities.
• Follow directives of Public Safety/Event Management for each event.
• Assist guests with locating seats and escorting where required.
• Communicate with event staff and supervisors.
• Observe and report safety or guest-related concerns as needed.
• Notify authorities if required and safety protocols are followed.
