sbe Lifestyle Hospitality is seeking a Host Person to greet, seat guests, and manage reservations in a fast-paced luxury setting. This role focuses on delivering a seamless guest experience, coordinating seating with venue floor plans, and answering phone lines for reservations, to-go orders, and special requests.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a contemporary dining environment, is 18+, and holds valid ANSI Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a high-end, service-focused environment.
• Employee must secure and maintain required certificates, licenses, or registrations when required by law.
• ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by ABC.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and seat them; manage the flow of reservations.
• Answer the phone and take, track, and organize reservations, to-go orders, and special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of venue floor plan and table numbers; seat the room evenly as directed.
• Performs opening, running, and closing side work; keep reception area clean and organized.
