The ideal candidate has at least two years of server experience in a fine-dining environment, must be at least 21, and will maintain knowledge of menus and wine, while excelling in a fast-paced, hospitable team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of server experience in a high-end, service-focused environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a seamless guest experience
• Prepares table for service
• Acts as the food and cocktail tour guide, making personal recommendations along the way
• Possesses thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu to answer questions from guests
• Serves food, wine, and beverages
• Oversees all aspects of table service
• Delivers all requests from guests in a timely fashion
• Maintains, clears, and resets table setups
• Inputs all orders into the POS system accurately
• Ensures work area complies with Health District health codes
• Must handle cash quickly and accurately
• Keeps stations stocked with china, glassware, and silverware
• Performs cash, comp, and check control procedures
• Performs opening, running, and closing side work
• Maintains a polished, professional, friendly, dynamic attitude
• Ability to multitask in a VIP-driven, guest-service environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Maintains a sense of urgency for task completion
