Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).

Responsibilities

• Perform guest registration, room assignments, and check-outs with accuracy and warmth.
• Manage guest billing, room changes, and service recovery in real-time.
• Monitor lobby and front drive to maintain efficient guest flow during peak times.
• Coordinate parking and valet during high-volume periods.
• Oversee training of new Guest Service Associates.
• Provide immediate coaching to improve service skills.
• Update training checklists and SOPs for desk operations.
• Assist with VIP arrivals preparation and amenities placement.
• Serve as the primary contact for VIPs when managers are unavailable.
• Ensure special requests are communicated to relevant departments.
• Assist Operations Managers with desk administrative tasks.
