University of Notre Dame’s Morris Inn is hiring a part-time Guest Service Associate to be the first point of contact for guests in a vibrant campus setting. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, answer questions, and manage guest folios with friendly professionalism.

The role requires evening availability with a 3PM-11PM shift, and compensation at $17.50 per hour. This on-site position sits within the campus hospitality team and contributes to the guest experience at Notre Dame.

Qualifications

• Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests when they arrive at the Morris Inn.
• Check guests in/out of their stay.
• Answer questions and provide directions with high hospitality.
• Process hotel payments and post charges to guest folios.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from guests and campus departments.
