Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott South Bend at Notre Dame is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, register, and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner while upholding brand standards. You will handle check-ins/outs, payments, reservations, and respond to guest needs using the PMS system.

Responsibilities include balancing accounts, handling inquiries, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Prior hospitality experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

• Greet guests immediately and assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to rooms.
• Handle payments and verify credit for guests.
• Compute bills and collect payments.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Answer calls and messages using telephone and PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor when needed.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods.
• Aim for high guest satisfaction and seamless service.
