Job summary

Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a vigilant VIP Services Supervisor to lead the VIP Representatives and ensure extraordinary guest services for hosted and non-hosted casino guests. You will approve documents in the director's absence and report to the VIP Shift Manager.

You will hire and schedule VIP staff, maintain relationships with mid-to-high-range players, assist with room bookings and comps, resolve guest issues, and maximize hotel room yield in collaboration with hotel management and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Experience in a customer service leadership role with knowledge of Casino & Hotel Management Systems.
Two years’ Casino Guest Service experience and Hotel Guest Service experience.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle time pressure.

Responsibilities

Hire, schedule and staff the VIP Desk to ensure maximum coverage during peak business hours.
Develop and maintain relationships with mid to high-range players to encourage repeat patronage and loyalty to the location.
Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by arranging for rooms, assisting with reservations, and other comps.
Resolve any guest problems or inconveniences.
Work with hotel management to achieve a maximum yield of hotel rooms.
Collaborate with the Special Events Manager to assist with VIP events on and off site.
Coordinate with the Executive host staff to assist their guests when needed.
Operate the VIP desk to provide coverage, fill in for PTO/sick days, and maintain service levels.
Maintain attendance records, personnel files and performance reviews of all VIP Representatives.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
