Osage Casino Tulsa is seeking a guest services associate to deliver outstanding service to members, VIP guests, and general casino visitors. You will assist with Players Club enrollment, ticketing for concerts and events, and VIP events across the property.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork, and adherence to company policies, with availability for nights and weekends and a valid U.S. work status.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years in Gaming, Hospitality, or Customer Service preferred.
• Prior data entry and Players Club experience preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and obtain Osage Nation gaming license.
• Maintains a valid Driver’s License and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Osage Nation preference applies; able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest services to club members, VIPs, and casino visitors.
• Assist with Players Club enrollment, card issuance, and demographic data management.
• Support Box Office/Events ticketing, VIP events, pool events, and floor activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operating reports as required by supervision.
