Job summary
Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking an experienced professional to handle VIP guest services and hotel reservations for high-end guests. The role involves using casino systems to evaluate play and manage comps, while coordinating with Marketing, Hotel, F&B and Transportation to ensure guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has casino marketing and reservations experience, strong English communication, and reliable availability including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 21 with high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Casino Marketing and Hotel reservations.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
- Strong communication and superior guest service skills.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and extended hours.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Input host and junket rep reservations.
- Provide hotel reservations for VIP guests.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Player Development, Hotel, F&B and Transportation.
- Maintain guest information records and loyalty program tracking.
- Distribute entertainment tickets and enroll players in Boyd Rewards Club.
- Assist in coordination of events, promotions, entertainment and parties.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain confidentiality.
