Job summary

The Post Oak in Las Vegas is looking for a Casino Host Services Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and guest-service support to Casino Hosts and Player Development Executives. • Proficient computer and data-entry skills with the ability to learn multiple hotel, casino, and reservation systems.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous customer service, casino, hotel, or reservations experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and capable of clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support Casino Hosts and Player Development Executives with casino guest requests via phone and email.
• Process and coordinate hotel, transportation, dining, show, golf, cabana, amenity, and other guest reservations.
• Monitor and manage incoming requests, prioritizing time-sensitive guest needs and following requests through completion.
• Coordinate guest arrangements with internal departments and outside vendors.
• Maintain accurate guest reservations, notes, charges, and documentation in applicable systems.
• Prepare and distribute assigned daily operational reports and perform other duties as requested.
