Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a Casino Marketing Coordinator to support the Casino Host/Player Development Executive. You will help create memorable guest experiences while upholding the company brand and values.

This role requires excellent guest service, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks across hotel operations. You will coordinate reservations, prepare daily VIP reports, and liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, admin, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent English.
• Ability to work independently and with others under pressure.
• Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration; 21+.
• Hotel/business Bachelor degree preferred; customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant and amenity reservations.
• Update and send daily limo and VIP reports; post outside show charges on folios.
• Assist Casino Host/Player Development Executive via email and phone.
• Interact with Box Office, VIP, Room Service and other departments.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
