Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a Casino Marketing Coordinator to follow and carry out the requests of the Casino Host/Player Development Executive, helping to create a memorable trip for our casino guests.

Responsibilities include processing reservations for hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf and dining; updating and sending daily reports, posting outside show charges to guest folios, assisting hosts via email and phone, and coordinating with Box Office, VIP and Room Service.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Availability to work varied shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skill.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.

Aufgaben

• Process reservations for hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant, amenity, etc.
• Update and send daily Limo, Room Food Beverage/Room Food Limited, & VIP reports
• Post outside show charges onto guests folios
• Assist Casino Host/ Player Development Executive via email and phone throughout the day with various requests for casino guests
• Interact with various departments Box office, VIP, Room Service, etc.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
