Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a VIP Services Clerk to deliver exceptional guest service from arrival through departure, acting as the primary contact for hotel guests, handling reservations, check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, payments, and the resolution of concerns.

You will coordinate with hotel departments to address guest needs, provide information on amenities and services, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to obtain Mississippi Gaming License.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival and check-in/out.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, rates, IDs, and payments.
• Process cash and card transactions per policy.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and complete reports.
